a subsidiary of Universale Bau GesmbH & CO KG, forming part of the Alpine-Mayreder Bau GmbH developer group and specialising in recycling residual building materials.

Vienna Land Procurement and Urban Renewal Fund (Wiener Bodenbereitstellungs- und Stadterneuerungsfonds - WBSF)

is in charge of land procurement, project development and quality assurance in the Vienna social housing sector. Its tasks include preparing and implementing urban renewal measures as well as counselling, co-ordinating and supervising subsidised housing renovation projects.
